NIST 17 Hybrid Search PLUS MS Interpretation
- Item #: HybrdSrch+MSI
In 2017, NIST introduced a new mass spectral search program that can be used with EI spectra of unknowns with EI libraries and product-ion spectra produced from MS/MS of precursor ions formed by electrospray ionization (ESI) with Tandem libraries, like those provided by NIST. The NEW Hybrid Search uses mass-spectral libraries of fully indexed neutral-losses. The Match Factors are for the cloned spectra with appropriate lists of differences in m/z values for the sample spectrum and library spectrum compared to the cloned spectrum.
This six-hour course will teach you all you need to know to make use of the new NIST Hybrid Search program. The course will be offered live-on-the-web over four sessions, Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 7- 16, 2019.
Participation in this course requires prior completion of our Mass Spectral Interpretation Course and for your convenience purchase of this product includes a full version of the MS Interpretation Self-Paced course. The combined price represents a $200 discount compared to the individual courses purchased separately.
